Die & Tool Services, Inc. is a

Our facility has:

The machine shop facility has CNC milling, turning and EDM
capabilities. We have Mazak, Haas and Fanuc CNC machinery;
our machine shop can make parts from customer drawings or
samples.

Sheet metal
The sheet metal department has NC press brakes and sheers

Stamping
Punch presses from 2 tons to 150 tons

Welding
mig, heli-arc, spot welding

Quality control manufacturing software,
controls customer parts from the drawing to finished
product
Die and Tool Service, Inc. was formed in 1978 as a job
shop, mainly serving the needs for the oil patch community.
Die & Tool Services, Inc. expanded the machine shop
facilities adding CNC milling, turning, and EDM equipment.
We continued growing and added stamping, sheet metal and
welding capabilities.
Die & Tool Services, Inc.
provides highly accurate machined parts in a variety of
materials. Die & Tool Services, Inc. has served the industry
for more than two decades. We are proud to say many of our
new customers are referred to us by satisfied existing
customers.
We have served hundreds of customers in dozens of industries
in the area and the whole country, offering short runs of
prototype parts as well as ongoing runs of hundreds of
thousands of parts each year. We can work with a wide
variety of materials, and offer reverse engineering
services.
